Backup Won't Download

    Greetings,

    I made a full backup of my site using your plugin before updating my theme. That update had problems and I want to download my backup. But when I go to your plugin and click Backup>Download Full Backup I get a “This Web page is not found” message in Chrome and in Safari it downloads a document of 0 bytes. I’m hoping the backup is on your server and you can point me to another way to download it.

    Hi,

    The Backup > Download Full Backup will generate a backup which can then be downloaded. It won’t download a backup you already made.

    If you originally did local backup, it will appear in Local Backups page.

    If you originally did online backup, it will appear at https://wordpress.backup-technology.com/. You just need to login.

    If you still have Activity Log you can look in there for your original backup and it will tell you what options were used and where the backup went.

    Thank you Jason. It appears I didn’t understand how the plugin worked. I was able to download a full backup from your site.
