Archive/Permalink Issue

Until today or maybe last night my archives stopped working properly. I had the permalink option set on Date and Name Based and it was working just fine… now it does not. I checked and the Default and the Numeric options both work.

When I noticed the problem, I was given a plain directory in my browser with all the individual pages. When clicking on the pages, the links took me to my old Blogger archived pages and those were date and name based.

My WordPress files are installed in the root directory. Does anyone have any thoughts. It makes no difference for me what permalink structure I’m using… I would like to figure out what going wrong though.
