i updated wordpress to 3.7.1 but still same problem. will somebody help me to solve this problem.??
Have you deactivated ALL plugins and switched to twentythirteen theme?

How did you solve the server problem from yesterday?
i deactivate most of theme. expect jet pack, seo and sitemap.
yesterday after three hours that problem solve automatically. but when i click publish it redirect to homepage, if i repeat this process two or three time then same problem starts. which was facing yesterday. in that case ping show time out. do not ping my website. and browser shows error unable to connect.
You need to deactivate ALL plugins and switch themes if the problem is not solved.
it work fine with twentythirteem and deactivate all plugins.but iam using newsmag.

Ask the developers about it. Also, try testing the theme without any plugins – see what happens.
If it’s okay, then it’s likely a plugin. Or maybe that that theme won’t play nicely with those plugins (one or more).
Things like this you have to do process of elimination to try to find what’s causing it.
Or you could also see if the error logs on the server give you any info when it starts having problems.
Are you using Yoast SEO? It has some problems with WP3.7+ – though I don’t think they are serious problems.
Sir i checked i apply theme without activating plug-in.but still same problem. seems that problem is in theme.

because i don’t know much about blogging so can’t continue with other theme so i will perefer newsmag. because i am use to with that.
That theme isn’t supported on these forums (we only support themes from here http://wordpress.org/themes/ ) – so you need to ask the developers – but it looks like they have support forums here:
