How can I edit the CSS?

I have gone into the editor and tried to edit these classes(.responsiveSelectContainer select.responsiveMenuSelect, select.responsiveMenuSelect)
with in this file(responsive-select-menu/responsive-select-menu.php)Nothing seems to be happening. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
