Comments count / New comments to the top

Hi,

I have 2 problems with disqus :

1) The number of comments is different on the post, on disqus, and on the excerpt
When a comment is posted, the number of comments is ok on disqus and sometimes on the excerpt. but on the post itself, the number is wrong.

its perhaps because new comments dont appear immediatly on the wp comments.
i have problems too when i delete a post (it isnt deleted on both systems)

how can i solve that?

2) when a new comment is posted, it goes to the top of the comments, even if the comments are in “older first”

Is it normal?
