You are likely experiencing an issue present across all Comment Box social plugin implementations and not limited to the Facebook plugin for WordPress.

Im having a little problem with facebook plugin.
Sometimes the comments box shows properly, sometimes dissapears.
this issue its happening in google chrome most of the time, except when im in anonimous mode.
When im using IE or Firefox its quite well, always shows the comment box.
Another problem related with comments box, facebook api dont show comments activity. ive been experimenting with the plugin, leaving comments on my website and comments appears on facebook status properly, but at the api, is quite flat, none of the comments apears, none active visitors, none at all.
How can i solve this? Anybody can post a tutorial showing how to setup this plugin fully and properly?
