@tracymarie – once you save your configuration, it should automatically appear on your site. Could you post a link to your site and I’ll take a look if the code is being inserted into your pages? Thanks.
@tracymarie: There was an issue which might prevent you from saving the settings. An update to the plugin (1.0.3) is available now, and I recommend to try after updating.
