trouble inserting vimeo into blog post

I am new to this so bear with me

When I insert this link https://vimeo.com/77475843 into my blog post the video that is displayed is too large so in order to get the sizing right
I use the “add vimeo” which is this:
[vimeo height=”HEIGHT” width=”WIDTH”]PLACE_LINK_HERE[/vimeo]

I delete the “PLACE_LINK_HERE” and paste in the link, then when i click on “view post” the right sizing appears but reports “Sorry there was a problem loading this video”
but the video itself is fine because it loads directly when I embed the link it is just too large for the screen and needs to be smaller….I hope I am making sense, help?
