Timely broken on front page

Hi,
I am having problems with the Timely plugin not displaying correctly on the home page of a website i maintain. It displays fine on any subpages but goes to pieces on the main page. I suspect it’s a problem with something else on the front page interfering but i can’t confirm it. I have tried to seek help from the themes authors but they just told me unless i can prove it’s the themes fault they won’t help. I have also tried to contact Timely but there forums won’t let me post any new threads.

I know I am not allowed to seek help for Premium themes here but if someone could point me in the right direction as to if it’s the theme causing the conflict that’s all I need. As then I can take it up with the creators.
