Header and comment box.

1.)My header is slow to load and does not always do so. It should show the name of my blog. How can I speed it up or replace it with an image?

2.)My comment box get’s thrown to the bottom of the page instead of just below the post but I can’t figure it out.

Instructions made for a 5yr old are appreciated:)
