Create Directory Arabic lang not support

when i Create Directory on Arabic lang the name of the Directory is not appear and i can just see (-) and nothing else

and the time of file is always 3 hours from the original time.

and i want to buy the PRO version but i need fix for this bugs before i buy the pro
