Sort Posts

Hi,

I don’t know if anyone can help me but i’m looking for a way to sort a list of posts like on this page http://www.visitcornwall.com/food-and-drink

Say if i have a ‘food and drink’ category, can i then search within that category by defining custom options exactly like on that example link?
