Permalinks on IIS8

Hi all,

is there a safe way to change permalinks from Default

http://subdomain.domain.com/?p=123

to Post Name

http://subdomain.domain.com/sample-post/

on Windows Server 2012, IIS 8, WP 3.6.1 ?

I haven’t found a way so far, always there was some problem (pages, images, posts, etc.)
