FileZilla

Can you please help me with the following.

1) I am using FileZilla as my FTP.
I can connect FileZilla it seems (no errors).
I have a few files in the remote site, e.g (archive, cgi-bin, stats, wp-admin ect) but cannot see the
www. public file to drop my data feed file into.
Am I doing something wrong?

Also, what is the best way to transfer data feeds to iPage through FileZilla (XML, Comma, Tab, Pipe)?

Is there a step by step an idiots guide to setting this all up? You have gused it, I’m a newbie!!
