Text Toolbar Gone

Text editing toolbar on posts is gone — and text typed into editor appears white and can’t be seen.

Tried:
– clearing browser data
– restarting browser and reinstalling WP
– upgrading to 3.6.1
– different browser
– different WordPress account (I use 2)

I have not installed any new plug ins, and I did write a post with no issues after my last plug in updates.

The only thing I did since last writing a post was uninstall and reinstall Shareholic. I deactivated Shareholic and still no dice.
