Page is loading in the middle not top in browser

    Does anyone know how to add code to have the page load so the user sees the top of the page instead of the middle of it first. Check out my site at dev.ussailing.org to see what I am talking about. I have a top navigation and slider. I also stripped out the css and it still does it. I am not getting any support from the theme developer.
