    Hi hamishacd,

    Unfortunately we can’t reproduce this issue.
    Have you tested the Download Monitor id alone, using Download Monitor shorcode?

    Download monitor works ok.

    As we already said we can’t reproduce your issue. The error message that is displayed is generated outside our plugin. Can you send us the exact short codes of both: Download Monitor and Email Before Download?

    Sorry for the later response.
    The short codes look fine. And it looks like this is the case when we can’t reproduce the issue in our environment and the debugging is needed directly on your site.
