Input fields for users disappear profile

Good night.
A major problem with this version of Pie is when we have some records on our site with all fields filled and then disappears. All profile data customized reports of some members disappear which becomes very serious when we have some time to expiration.
It is a very serious failure of this plugin.
Does anyone know of a solution to this?
