Which Plugin should i use?

    Hello Friends,

    I want a forum in which users asks questions and only admin can answers their questions.I found CM answers plugin it has all i need but only thing is that in this plugin users can also answers which i don’t want.
    Kindly tell me the another plugin or tell me if i can modify CM answers plugin.
