Open Table in UK is actually named Top Table… this integration is available in the future Pro version only (not this free version, sorry!). I expect to release to pro version in the next two weeks with many other options, including Top Table integration. I hope this clears up any confusion! Thanks for checking out the plugin.

Yes the Premium version has support for Top Table. I’m about to release an updated version today with various fixes and improvements.

1. Yes, there’s an option to disable the plugin’s CSS completely or you can start with the Bare Bones theme to style
