Header image issue

    I used to have an image directly below my top navigation menu. somehow I erased it, so there is a blank strip between my navigation menu and my header image. I feel like this could be a theme issue but not sure. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    The image you are trying to use (which appears to be from another site) no longer exists.

    thanks for responding. Yes it is no longer there, and someone else originally put it there. but I do have the banner image to put in that blank space, how would I do it?

    Try looking in Appearance -> Header.

    The header I currently have is ” register now for music lessons”. you’ll see it comes up below that blank space. I was hoping there would be an option in Appearance – header for 2 headers, one on top of another. no such luck.

    Is this a custom theme? If so, who created it?.

    It is a custom theme, and unfortunately things didn’t end so well with our designer, so we uploaded his files to our own hosting site.

    I’m sorry but as this is a custom theme, there is very little we can do to help. We have absolutely no way of determining what functionality the theme offers and how it was constructed. You may want to consider hiring someone to look at this for you.
