Redirect url

hy in normal post if i have http://www.domain.com/post and i acces http://www.domain.com\post is redirect me to http://www.domain.com/post, don`t matter if i put \ or / . With this plugin if i short one post and result this link http://www.domain.com/short if i change the / with \ is not redirect me to nowhere. how i can make in short link to redirect me where i want nomatter if i put / or \ ?
