Captcha not stopping spammers?

I’m using ReCaptcha with my New User Approve registration form (http://www.comefriusa.com/wp-login.php?action=register). However, whether the user enters the Captcha code or not, we are receiving the email notification that someone wants to be approved. Any help would be appreciated!
