Images on Pages

Hey guys, I have trouble with the images on my page. I am using Pitch Premium and have currently activated Carousel ( Image Plug-in ). Anyways, I want it to look like this how it’s all thumbnail grid but somehow, even if i follow the instructions to the letter, i end up with this. .

Please help, I want it to be the thumbnail grid and when you click it, it becomes a blown out carousel slide show.
