gallery image size

could someone please point me in the direction of where i can change the gallery image size (not the slider image on the home page)
i.e. on this page if you click on an image it opens to the default minimatica size, i would like my images to be displayed near to full screeen size.
i imagine it must be somewhere in the code but can’t for the life of me find it.
