Specific background size control

    I’m trying to figure out if there’s a plugin that will do what I’m looking for. Here’s what I want:

    • a static/fixed background that won’t scroll with the page
    • a background that fills the browser window vertically, no matter what size screen is being used
    • optional: be able to change the background on specific dates (on season changes, for example)

    Is there a plugin that does this? I’m using 3.6.1 with the Catch Everest Pro theme.
