Text formatting and Categories

I created categories and added a post to one of them = Contact Us

When I view the post in the editor it is formatted correctly.

When I select Contact Us on the main webpage the contact information comes from http://www.chsp.org/category/contact-us/ and looks like this “The Center for Health, Ethics and Social Policy 2701 Connecticut Ave, NE #508 Washington, DC 20008” with no line breaks.

When I select Contact Us (Permalink) from the page after I have done the above selection the above appears with the same information comes from http://www.chsp.org/contact-us/ and it is formatted correctly with line breaks.

How do I get my Category selection on the home page to go to the right place so that it is formatted correctly?
