Where did you download this theme from?
I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from wordpress.org here.

hi all, I’ve contacted mysitemyway Infocus theme support and as a paid theme, a registration code is required to join their support.
My developers installed the theme and therefore have registration code.
I have not heard from my developer for a while.
Not sure if or when I am going to next hear from my developer.
As yet, mysitemyway Infocus theme support have not replied further.
What do I do ? Am I up a certain creek without a certain paddle ?
