Error moving wordpress site

    my word press site is http://gartoon.com/wp. After moving to http://gartoon.com, there is an error and it says:
    The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    How do I get it back to previous working sate. Now I cannot even log into my wordpress account. Please help!!!
