Custom reports lags, crashes site

    Hi,

    We got this plugin and the custom user reports so we could verify which pages our members have viewed and for how long.

    The plugin itself works fine but when we click the custom report tab it just hangs. In the past, it has hung the entire site when this tab is clicked. To get the site working again I’ve had to move the plugin folders out of the plugins folder in /wp-content.

    Today, I tried the reports again after increasing my sort_buffer size for mysql and the effect was the same, this time I couldn’t login to the site (said incorrect password) then when I removed them I could login again.

    A 148MB error_log file was written recently, not sure if it was this plugin:
    [18-Sep-2013 10:16:37 UTC] WordPress database error Out of sort memory; increase server sort buffer size for query SELECT it.*, fr.name as form_name,fr.form_key as form_key

    This also may have been from something else. I’ve increased sort_buffer size to 128M.

    All my table sizes started with ~, and analyze tables said OK. Repair said that this database engine didn’t allow repair.

    I went ahead and dropped the databases and let the plugin recreate them and things seem to work now.

    Will see what happens as data accumulates again.

    After just a few minutes of running the plugin again, I could not log into the site.
