Editable Subscriber Biography Page

    I am looking for a plugin that would allow a subscriber to create a biography page that would be editable and easy to update. This profile would need to be accessible by guests and should include the following: Photo, Demographics, Contact Information and I would like to have some question fields for them to answer.

    Any ideas?
