Main page menu bar

I’ve taken over editing a website, and I’m not familiar with WordPress. On the main page of the website there’s a bar under the main logo that has links to other pages on the site (ex. contacts, videos, etc…). I need to add a new page, which I have been able to create, but how do I add it to the bar so that it appears on the homepage?
