Plugin to Prevent Duplicated Password

    I am looking for a plugin that will restrict the CMS user from using the same password twice. I currently have WordPress Password Expiry installed but it does not seem to restrict the user from using the same password once their current password expires.

    This is for a financial institution that requires CMS users to use different passwords every time they are required to reset.

    I’m looking for advice and direction as to how to resolve this issue.
