WordPress login for external page.

Hi,

I have 2 issues, please help me …

1) I have a WordPress site and i have a external JSP page. I need to setup this page such that only logged in users of WordPress can use this page.
if some one tries to access this page i need them to redirect to the WordPress login page first sand then be able to use this page.

2) This page is like a form and I need user to have a data base backend to store the information entered on to the form. how to achieve this 2 tasks.
