Special scroll box

Hello Plugin-experts,

I am looking for a scroll menü of videos.
An image how it should look like can be seen here:

Encircled in red you can see the menu.
The total image is the full view of the player.

Does someone has an idea for this?
Or is there a plugin for the red encircled scroll bar?
