WordPress installed but cant see site

    It’s most likely a caching issue on your PC. I went ot the URL and I can see the site fine.

    what could be happening to the cache that is preventing me from seeing it? And how do solve it?

    The most likely cause is that your browser has an old page stored in it’s cache that has some sort of redirection set up. To stop this you need ot clear the browsers cache. It’s done differently in each broser, so check the help section of yours to see how it’s done.
