Backups? Where are they?

I love this plugin. Works great!
If I am confident that I can back up my quizzes properly I am happy to use it and donate to developer. When I back up my site through the WP template I am using (Mantra), does this backup the wp-pro-quiz database of quiz questions? Or, is there another way to ensure that this is backed up properly. Can’t be too careful. Thanks for the help.
