Acquiring App ID

I am trying to obtain my App ID, however everytime I click on the link where i should be able to create it, or click on “apps” in the facebook developers section, i get taken back to the page with my fan-pages on it!

I just go around in circles!

AM I being a numpty?

How do I get my App ID?
