    Hello !

    I am sorry for my late answer, I don’t receive wordpress email anymore, I don’t know why !

    Is this problem still happening ?

    Thanks for getting back. Yes, I have looked at the stats page and the problem still seems to happen. I have also (since my initial post) found, that if the brwoser is ‘Opera’ then the download is shown/recorded multiple times. The quantity of duplicates times is not consistant, it could be 3 and then 6 then 5.

    I can provide a spreadsheet example of the log is so required.

    Hi,

    I have installed Opera and test it on my Mac and I cannot reproduce the bug. Could you send me by email a XML export of the data please ( via Dashboard > s2Member > s2Member Secure File Browser > Statistics > All Download > Export all data as XML ) ?

    Do you have an access to your mysql database too ? I would like to see if a download is displayed seveal times or if it is recorded several times (double/triple… click ?)

    This problem does not occur on Chrome browser for example ?
