Form that saves to database & more

Here’s what I’m looking for. I don’t know if it exists, or exactly how to do it, so I’m asking here…

I want a form plugin that:
-Only allows registered users to submit the form
-Stores data from fields in the database, attached to the user’s account
-Users can view their form submissions and edit their data
-I can create a custom display page with their form data

Use case:
I offer event services, and I want to streamline my process of getting event details (important information, schedules, property notes, etc.) from my clients. Right now, I’m using a Google Docs form, then I have to copy/paste the data they submitted into a template document for easy access at the event, and edits are emailed or called in- then I have to go through my document and fix. I’m trying to find a WordPress form plugin so I can create an account for my clients, allow them to fill out & edit the data as needed, and have a page template that puts everything in a nice format- eliminating the need for me to spend an hour copying the data myself.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
