Unable to add event

Just installed event-list.

I tried adding an event and got the following error message:
“Error: New Event “Class” could not be added.”

The following appears above that:

“Warning: array_push() [function.array-push]: First argument should be an array in /home1/taijutsu/online/wp-content/plugins/event-list/includes/db.php on line 375”

Any assistance would be apprenticed.

In case this cannot be resolved… reading another post, I saw one [from 4 months ago] that said the plugin does not uninstall cleanlly. Is that still the case? If so, can you outline the steps to do so.
