Following what directions? What theme are you using? Where did you download it from? What is your site url or the url of a page demonstrating the problem?

Okay… sorry. I am saving a video that is under 2 minutes from IMovie in the smallest format and my Thesis theme gives error message that it is too large.

What exactly is the error message?
I just went through and did it again. I finally saved it in quicktime and it loaded but is still a link rather that inserted in the post.

When I uploaded the iMovie it is over 4mb and it needs to be 2mb or under.

It just doesn’t load at all because it’s too big. Not an error message. I went through and did it again just to be sure and it just fails to load. Needs to be 2mb. I’ll do more research and try again. Sorry to be so ignorant….

Maximum upload file size: 2MB.
Contact your hosts. WordPress does not limit uploads but uses the limits set by your hosts.
If your hosts aren’t very helpful, you could try using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-from-server/ but you will need to know how to FTP the files to your server.
