Redirection questions

So my website is hosted at godaddy.com (www.Lyceum.at)

I just had a web designer redo our whole site, and apparently he used word press to do this. The site looks great, but it has a new url:

http://www.lyceum.at/home/?page_id=351

So, my question is how do I make it so that when people type in “www.Lyceum.at” they are actually sent to “http://www.lyceum.at/home/?page_id=351” ?

I have downloaded the “redirection” and “301 simple redirects” plugins and added this switch, but both have failed to produce the result I’m looking for. Help!
