Hey. Try:
- flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Thirteen theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Let me know if any of these steps do/don’t help.

Tried
Flash any caching plugins i am running
had deactivated all plugins
had switch to twenty thireteen
had tried everything and still the same.
For my text edit i still cannot view as visual composer and it hang there cannot save or close the window.
AFter insert image it hang there cannot save or close the window.
How come when ever i log on to my page on the top keep showing
(There is a new version of Visual Composer available. Download version 3.6.12.)

Where did you download Visual Composer? I can’t find it in the WPORG plugin repository. Does the site you downloaded it from have an official support channel? They’d be in the best position to help you with this problem.

And i could not download into the plugin in my wordpress.
