Link to posts from the pages?

Truly stupid question here. For all of the times I’ve read about adding a custom front page, this seems to be the problem not mentioned.

I have a site with a custom home ‘page’, and 7 ‘page’s all accessible for my client to edit.

On the top nav, which is static in the code as it will never change, there needs to be a link to the ‘posts’. That’s a moving target as each current post will have a new url.

How do I dynamically grab that url?
