Do you get any Error Message or Warning or anything else?
If not, please edit your config.php file. Search for
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
and change it to
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
Do you will be forwarded after you click on the “reply” or “forward” button/text?
If yes, is the Send PM form empty?

The bug is ONLY seen in the frontend
No, I don´t get any error messages:
I click on the “Answer button”, and then the page are reloading. Nothing more happens.
I don´t even see the PM form to write in.
I’m a little unsure about which config.php file you mean? I can not find it in wp-config.php

Download the following archive, unpack and copy/replace it with the original “dexs-pm-system.php” file in the “plugins” directory.

The error was … simple, only a smart “die();” function after the redirect header was missing =\

OK, I´m using WP Version 3.6 and I have no cache plugin´s installed. But I will make a restart and some “browser clening” etc. and then I will be back.

Okay.
Finally i find the bug. Your eMail Subscription Widget (Jetpack Subscription Widget) is the problem.
It use an hidden input field:
<input type="hidden" name="action" value="subscribe">
an this destroy the Form / the $_POST Array.

I have downloaded the Jetpack-Plugin and will modify the frontend interface.
