Page Listing

Hi,
I am not a coder (now that that’s out of the way) but I need to lay out some pages on a page exactly like the one at this link; Urban Darling.

Can this be accomplished with a plugin without adding too much weight to the website I am working on? Or what’s the best way? Maybe I am having a hard time finding the solution because I don’t know the exact words to describe what I need.
