I improved IE 8 support in the last couple updates, but I’m having trouble with the Sidebar link not showing up. I had thought it was just me. I guess I’ll poke around a bit more.

Sorry to keep raining on your awesome parade with issues for old browsers, haha. Both of the last two issues I’ve reported were for platforms I don’t even use… but I just figured I’d report them anyways. 😛
IE8 is probably more worth your while than Android 2.3 though… even though my website is mostly technical and has lots of Android content, I still have relatively few hits from Android devices…
No problem. This helps because I assumed this issue was fixed. Time to open up the Win 7 VM…
This will be fixed in the next update. Should be out soon.

Awesome, I just pulled the latest git and verified in my Windows 7 VM that the sidebar is working. Great success!</borat>
