Different paths to check in security status

    Hi,
    On Security Status page > General BulletProof Security File Checks all files are OK (green), but on Backup & Restore > Current Backed Up .htaccess Files Status two of them are red:

    Your Root .htaccess file is NOT backed up…
    Your wp-admin .htaccess file is NOT backed up…

    I found those files in /bps-backup and moved them to bps-backup/master-backups. Now the first page shows two red statuses and the second shows all green statuses.
    Is this a bug? Which path is correct? Thanks
