CF7 Version 3.5.2

I am building my personal site. I was using older version of WordPress than 3.6. On my contact page I had CF7 was installed and was working perfect. Then suddenly it stopped working and I get a message of “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

Before it stop working I did two things

1. Updated WordPress to 3.6
2. I made changes to contact form with Captcha and file upload field.

I tried reinstall the WordPress update and tried reinstall CF7 as well without changing any fields. But I still get the error message.

I spend the whole day to investigate the error but I cant figure it out. I use localhost for server (wampserver).

Can anybody help me with this issue please. Any help and suggestions much appreciated.
